If your application is eligible, we will be in touch to discuss your needs and the most suitable website package.
The final agreement for website development and hosting will be outlined in a separate communication or agreement.

All prices are stated in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless otherwise specified.
The commencement of the 2-year contract will be agreed upon during the onboarding process.
Upon completion of the initial 2-year contract, you will have the option to:
Continue with our hosting services on a month-to-month basis. The monthly fee for hosting at this point will be lower than the original contract price and will be discussed with you towards the end of the initial 2-year period. You will not be tied into a further long-term contract.
Move your website to a different hosting provider of your choice. We will provide reasonable assistance to facilitate this transition, although any costs associated with the migration to a new provider will be your responsibility.
Website Development
Our designs are provided as a starting point and are customisable. Bespoke designs may also be available depending on the chosen package.
The final website design and features will be agreed upon between Two Fish Net and the applicant and will be detailed in a separate agreement or communication.
You are responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.) in the format requested.
Timelines for website development will be communicated after the agreement is finalised and all content is received.
Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy Responsibility
While we may provide you with draft versions of website Terms and Conditions and a Privacy Policy, and a basic website template for structure to assist your online presence, it is strongly advised that you seek independent legal counsel to review and approve these documents for legal compliance and to adequately protect your organisation and its users.
Please note that these draft documents and website template are provided for informational purposes and as a starting point only. While we have aimed to provide helpful frameworks, they may not be fully comprehensive or suitable for the specific legal requirements and circumstances of your church or community group.
It is your sole responsibility to review, customize, and ensure that the content of your website’s Terms and Conditions and your Privacy Policy is accurate, legally compliant with all applicable laws and regulations (including but not limited to data protection laws like GDPR and PECR), and fully addresses the specific needs and practices of your organisation. While we will style these pages to integrate with your website’s design, the suitability and legal implementation of the chosen content and the website template itself remain your responsibility.
Two Fish Net and Ultimedia Systems Ltd. make no representations or warranties regarding the legal sufficiency or suitability of the provided website template, Terms and Conditions, or Privacy Policy. We shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or legal issues arising from your use or implementation of these templates or draft documents.
Web Hosting & Domain Management
Our website packages include managed web hosting services.
We will assist with pointing existing domains to the new site or registering a new domain on your behalf. New domains will be charged at the contemporary market rate at the point of registration as an additional annual fee to monthly contract costs.
We will manage the core technical aspects of hosting, including web language (PHP), database, CMS (content management system) updates and patching.
Client Account Security & Access
Initial Access & Credential Setup:
Upon the successful setup of your website, you will receive an email containing a secure link and your designated username. This link will enable you to establish your own unique password for your website’s primary administrative access. It is paramount that you keep these credentials secure and confidential, and do not share them with unauthorised individuals.
Password Management & Security
For your security, and in adherence to data protection and cybersecurity best practices, Two Fish Net does not have access to or store copies of your password. It is vital that you create a strong, unique password and manage it securely.
Password Recovery & Account Lockouts:
Forgotten Passwords
If you lose or forget your password, you must initiate a password reset by utilising the ‘Forgot your password?’ link available on your website’s login screen.
Account Lockout Policy
For security reasons, your administrative account will be temporarily locked after 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts.
Lockout Reset Service
Should your account become locked, you must notify Two Fish Net to initiate a reset. While we will endeavour to facilitate this promptly, please be aware that the process to reset the lockout and provide you with a new password reset link may take up to 24 hours from the time of your notification.
Charges for Repeated Lockouts
To manage the resources required for repeated interventions, a service charge may apply for each lockout reset exceeding three (3) incidents within any rolling twelve (12) month period.
Please note, this policy applies exclusively to the main administrative account of the website. Lockouts for small group members or leaders can be managed and reset directly by the website administrator and will not incur charges. You will be notified if such charges are applicable
Contract Termination & Fees
Term
The initial term of the website service agreement for both the Essential and Enhanced Packages is two (2) years from the date of commencement, as agreed upon during the onboarding process.
Cancellation by Us (Two Fish Net)
We reserve the right to terminate this agreement if you materially breach these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to failure to pay fees on time, or if your use of the website or our services is deemed inappropriate or not in alignment with our core values, as outlined in your application. In the event of termination by us due to your breach, you may be liable for outstanding fees up to the date of termination.
Early Cancellation by You (The Client)
As our services include a significant upfront investment in website design and setup, alongside ongoing hosting and support offered at a potentially reduced rate for faith-led groups, early termination of the 2-year contract by you may incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fee
If you choose to terminate the agreement before the end of the initial 2-year term for reasons other than a material breach by Two Fish Net, a cancellation fee will be payable. This fee is intended to cover a portion of the costs incurred in the website design, setup, and the commitment of resources for the full contract period.
Calculation of Cancellation Fee
The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
Contract Termination
Cancelling within the first 12 months
If you cancel the service within the first 12 months, you are eligible to pay the full amount upto the end of the two year contract term.
Contract Termination
Cancelling after the first 12 months
Cancellation after 12 months into the 2 year contract will require a settlement value equating to 67% of the remaining monthly payments.
Circumstances Leading to Cancellation (e.g., Church Folding, Group Ending):
We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as the closure or significant restructuring of your church or group, may lead to the need for early termination. While we aim to be understanding in such situations, the cancellation fee may still apply to help us recover some of the costs associated with the initial investment and our commitment to the 2-year term. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will review such cases with compassion and seek a fair resolution where possible.
Notice of Cancellation:
To terminate the agreement, you must provide us with 30 Days’ written notice. Cancellation within the two-year contract period will incur charges as detailed in the section ‘Calculation of Cancellation Fee’.
Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you provide for your website.
By submitting content, you grant Two Fish Net a non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, and display the content for the purpose of building and maintaining your website.
Copyright & Ownership:
By submitting any photographs to us, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the image or have obtained explicit permission/licences for its use on your website. This includes ensuring images are not taken from other websites or sources without proper authorisation.
Image Consent & Liability
When submitting photographs that feature identifiable individuals, especially minors, your act of submission constitutes an affirmation that you have obtained all requisite consents for the publication of their image on your website. This includes, but is not limited to, consent from the individual themselves or, in the case of minors, from their parent or legal guardian. We operate under the presumption that all necessary permissions and releases have been secured by you. Consequently, we disclaim any and all liability for issues, damages, or claims arising from the absence of, or defects in, such proper consent. This obligation is particularly critical for images originating from activities involving children, such as Sunday school, youth groups, or community events, where individuals may have significant privacy concerns or be in sensitive personal circumstances (e.g., protective custody).
Follow-Up Report or Testimonial
If your application is successful and we build your website, you agree to provide a short follow-up report or testimonial about your experience. The format and timeframe for this will be communicated to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Two Fish Net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services or the application process.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the specific services in question.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Amendments to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services or submission of applications after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
